The all-new 2017 Maruti Suzuki DZIre is here and it is selling in good numbers. With this, Maruti Suzuki has been successful in maintaining the legacy and success of the old-gen Swift DZire, which was a big hit in the Indian market. The new-gen 2017 Maruti DZire is not only a face-lift version, but it also has redefined the brand name ‘DZire’. The 2017 Maruti DZire is powered by the tried and tested 1.2litre K-series Petrol and 1.3-litre DDiS diesel engine, which was also seen on the old-gen Swift DZire. The 1.2-litre K-Series petrol engine produces 83.14bhp of power at 6000rpm and 115NM of torque. While the 1.3-litre diesel engine produces 74bhp of power and 190Nm of torque at 2000rpm.

Going with the sales reports, it can be found that the VXi (Petrol) and VDi (Diesel) are the most successful and top-selling variants of the Maruti Suzuki DZire. These mid-variants are loaded with all-essential safety, comfort and convenience features which a buyer generally looks for. And most importantly, these mid-variants are priced very carefully so that the buyer gets a lot of features at an affordable cost.
Other than the features available on the base variants, these variants are loaded with a lot more including chrome front grille, body colored ORVMs with integrated turn lights, body colored door handles, wheel caps and a lot more.
