1. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar which is popular for its anti – bacterial and antiseptic compounds, has a great impact against vaginal odor. Besides, it also balance the pH level inside your vaginal by eliminating all the harmful and damaging bacterial and inhibiting any other infections as well.
Rinse your body especially the affected area with apple cider vinegar to block off all the bacteria while keep the acidic quality of the vaginal flora. Or else, mix some apple cider vinegar with water and drink it on a daily basis till notice improvement.
2. Baking Soda
Baking soda is another effective treatment for vaginal odor since it is used to balance the pH level inside the vagina thus dissipates the vaginal odor which means you can use baking soda as a natural deodorizer. This can help to block yeast infection and eliminate the odor quickly. This is also good for sulfur burp.
• Mix one cup of baking soda into your bath water and soak your body for about 15 – 20 minutes.

3. Yoghurt

Consume 1 – 2 cups of non – sweetened (plain) yoghurt on a daily basis. Or else you can take probiotic supplements however, it is highly recommended to consume the plain yoghurt rather than supplemental products.
Alternatively, dip the tampon in plain yoghurt and place it into your vaginal. Leave it be for several hours before rinsing it thoroughly with warm water. Keep the frequency of daily to obtain the best results.
4. White Vinegar
Just by breaking down the odor proteins, white vinegar has a strong ability to neutralize the odors and eliminate the vaginal odor entirely. Besides, rinse your body with white vinegar also helps in keeping the balance of vaginal pH levels.
• Add one and a half white vinegar and salt in warm bath water.
• Soak your lower body in the bath water for several minutes.
• Do this for a few times a week to improve the situation.
5. Tea Tree Oil
Antifungal and antiseptic compounds found in tea tree oil are well – known for its ability to fight against uncomfortable vaginal odor. Not only good for your health, but it also creates a comfortable feeling and eliminates those bacteria contributing to the issue.
Dip a tampon in another essential oil such as olive oil or coconut oil before dripping several drops of tea tree oil on it. Then leave it be for several hours before rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm water. The second option is mix three drops of tea tree oil with a cup of water. Rinse the affected area with this fluid on a daily basis for a few weeks till the improvement.
6. Garlic
Another great natural remedy for vaginal odor and prevention of vaginal yeast infection is garlic which is rich in natural antibiotic and antifungal properties. These properties have great impacts against yeast infection and also help to eliminate negative bacteria.
You can choose to consume several cloves of raw garlic on an empty stomach with a cup of warm water. Or if you do not like the scent of raw garlic that may cause uncomfortable feeling, you can add garlic cloves to salads and consume it on a daily basis. Another choice is to insert a clove of garlic inside the vagina for a few hours before rinse it thoroughly with warm water.
